Any amount paid, whether in full or as an advance, is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances (including personal reasons, inability to attend, applications not being selected or not proceeding further, medical issues, visa denials, or other changes).

By completing your payment (including payments for application assessment), you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy. We appreciate your understanding of this approach, which enables us to sustainably manage the large influx of applications and continue providing high-quality support to the Indian innovation ecosystem.
